Kamlesh Vora has stepped into the role of Senior Executive Vice President and Head – Customer Experience, Risk, Process & Controls at Kotak Mahindra Bank. With over two decades of leadership across customer experience, business process transformation, and operational risk management, Kamlesh will lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining processes, and strengthening internal controls at the bank.

Throughout his illustrious career, Kamlesh has held pivotal positions at Kotak Life, ICICI Prudential, and Canon India. His rich experience spans CRM, project management, digital initiatives, and customer-centric strategies. Having built and led high-performing teams across various financial services functions, Kamlesh is well-positioned to drive Kotak Mahindra Bank’s customer excellence and operational resilience to new heights.
