Kavitha Ayappan has taken on the role of Vice President – Cyber Security and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Neurealm. With over two decades of rich experience across cybersecurity leadership, governance, risk management, and enterprise IT strategy, Kavitha will play a pivotal role in shaping Neurealm’s cyber defense and risk posture.
Prior to joining Neurealm, Kavitha led critical cybersecurity functions at leading organizations including Cholamandalam Investment and Finance, Aspire Systems, and Prodapt. Her journey has also included impactful tenures at Cognizant, Ramco Systems, and Telefon Technologies, where she built and scaled integrated risk frameworks and led digital security initiatives.
Her expertise spans cyber risk management, incident response, regulatory compliance, cloud security, and data governance. A proven leader known for building high-performance teams and driving cybersecurity transformation, Kavitha brings strategic vision and deep technical acumen to her new role. Her appointment is set to strengthen Neurealm’s security framework as the company scales innovation and customer trust.
