Milind Pande takes on new role as Head of Marketing, India & South Asia at Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Milind Pande has taken on the role of Head of Marketing, India & South Asia at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this capacity, he will lead AWS’s Brand-to-Demand marketing portfolio, drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for priority accounts across enterprises, digital-native businesses, ISVs, and public sector organizations, and strengthen co-sell marketing strategies with partners across SI, GSI, and ISV ecosystems.

With over 17 years of professional experience spanning cloud, cybersecurity, media, telecom, and consulting, Milind has built strong expertise in field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy. During his six-year journey at AWS, he has successfully driven impactful initiatives—most recently as Head of ISV Marketing, where he generated more than 50% demand pipeline for AWS’s ISV business in India, and earlier as Program Manager (Chief of Staff), where he supported AWS India’s Country GM with strategic programs, planning, and new business initiatives.

Prior to AWS, Milind held key roles at Viacom18, Vodafone, PwC, and SPYM, contributing to corporate strategy, technology security, and business development. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB) with an MBA in Marketing & Strategy, Milind’s proven leadership and vision will be instrumental in accelerating AWS’s marketing and growth leadership across India & South Asia.
