With over 20 years of experience driving business expansion for global technology leaders, Mrinal will now lead Arista’s India strategy, customer engagement, and growth initiatives.
Mrinal has been a key part of Arista Networks for the past 7+ years, previously serving as Regional Sales Director, where he played a pivotal role in scaling enterprise adoption, strengthening channel partnerships, and delivering consistent revenue growth across India.
Before Arista, he spent nearly a decade at Cisco, managing large strategic accounts, driving commercial sales, and leading high-impact business development initiatives across Gurgaon and New Delhi. His earlier roles at Avaya Global Connect and IBM further strengthened his foundation in account management, sales processes, and customer success.
With deep expertise in sales strategy, enterprise networking, executive visibility, and KPI-driven leadership, Mrinal brings a rich blend of experience that positions him well to accelerate Arista Networks’ footprint and innovation-led growth in the Indian market.
