Neeraj Bhalla has been appointed as Chief Transformation Officer (Corporate & Energy) at GMR Group. Prior to this, he served as Group Vice President and Head of Digital Projects – GTO at Mahindra Group, where he led initiatives such as designing customer digital journeys, implementing IoT-driven ecosystems, and unlocking value through blockchain and generative AI use cases. With over three decades of experience, Neeraj has also held leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation, LG India, and Panasonic India, showcasing expertise in digital transformation, customer experience, IT strategy, and business development.
