Nish Lathia has been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Kotak Mahindra Bank. With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, customer experience management, and digital transformation, he will oversee the bank’s technology strategy, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Before assuming the CTO role, Nish served as the Chief of Customer Experience and Head of Technology – Consumer Bank at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he led initiatives to enhance customer experience across physical and digital channels. His previous leadership positions include Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Valo Health, and General Manager roles at Amazon, where he managed large-scale product management, engineering, and AI/ML-driven initiatives. Nish’s extensive expertise in leveraging technology to create impactful solutions will be instrumental in advancing Kotak Mahindra Bank’s digital journey.
