Pradeep Parameswaran has been promoted as Head of Mobility and Member of Executive Leadership Team at Uber. With a proven track record of over two decades across consulting, telecom, media, and mobility, Pradeep brings deep operational insight and strategic leadership to his new global role.
Since joining Uber in 2017, Pradeep has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth across India and the Asia Pacific region, serving as President, Uber India & South Asia, and most recently as Regional General Manager, Asia Pacific. Under his leadership, Uber has expanded its footprint and enhanced customer and driver experiences across diverse and dynamic markets.
Prior to Uber, Pradeep served as CEO at DEN Networks, and spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where he led the Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) practice in India and the Asian Operations & Technology function. He has also held leadership roles at Hindustan Unilever, A.T. Kearney, and is currently a Board Member at Nykaa.
With his vast experience and visionary leadership, Pradeep is set to play a critical role in driving Uber’s global mobility strategy and innovation agenda.
