Sanjay Nandavadekar has taken on the role of Head of IT at Inventia. With over two decades of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and IT services sectors, Sanjay brings a deep understanding of IT strategy, digital transformation, and infrastructure management in highly regulated environments.
Prior to joining Inventia, Sanjay held senior leadership roles at Syngene International, Cipla, Sun Pharma, and AVN InfoTech. At Cipla, as Senior Director and previously Director IT, he was instrumental in crafting digital strategies for Quality, Manufacturing, and IPD functions, leading large-scale, GxP-compliant implementations across 5000+ users, and introducing cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, IoT, and cloud computing.
He also led major IT transformation initiatives in R&D and analytical lab automation at Cipla, and managed enterprise-wide technology operations and compliance at Syngene. With a solid foundation in pharmaceutical IT, regulatory compliance, and core applications such as LIMS and QMS, Sanjay is poised to drive Inventia’s digital roadmap and IT excellence forward.
His track record in aligning IT with business strategy, building high-performance teams, and executing enterprise-grade solutions positions him as a valuable addition to Inventia’s leadership team.
