Suman Guha has joined Croma as Chief Digital Officer (CDO), marking his move from the Tata Digital ecosystem to lead Croma’s next phase of digital and omnichannel transformation.
Suman previously held dual leadership roles at Tata Digital and Tata CLiQ, where he served as CTO at Tata CLiQ and Head of Tech Synergy at Tata Digital. During his tenure, he led large cross-functional teams across engineering, product, UX, data science, analytics, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and information security, driving platform modernization and scalable commerce architecture.
Prior to that, he was CPTO at Reliance Retail, where he architected a composable commerce platform at scale, reduced product launch cycles dramatically, and played a key role in launching Tira Beauty while leading fashion and lifestyle digital portfolios.
His earlier leadership experience spans global roles at Cisco, Tesco, Teradata, and Red Hat, where he drove cloud transformation, SaaS platform development, and enterprise-scale product engineering.
With deep expertise in AI-driven retail, cloud-native architecture, composable commerce, and large-scale digital transformation, Suman Guha’s appointment signals Croma’s strong commitment to building a future-ready, technology-first retail enterprise.
