Surajit Deb has taken on the role of President & Chief Technology Officer – Group Subsidiaries and Private Bank at Kotak Mahindra Bank. With over two decades of experience leading large-scale technology transformations across premier financial institutions, Surajit will drive digital innovation, technology strategy, and platform modernization for Kotak’s group subsidiaries and private banking division.
Before this, Surajit held leadership roles at HDFC Securities, IDFC FIRST Bank, Salesforce, IBM, NatWest Group, and Tata Consultancy Services. At HDFC Securities, he spearheaded enterprise-wide digital transformation, elevated customer experience, and led the evolution of core digital platforms like HDFC Sky and InvestRight. His expertise spans digital architecture, enterprise technology, banking innovation, and building scalable and resilient platforms.
