Jaipur-based AI startup Vardan.ai has been selected as one of the winners of the MongoDB Bengaluru Meets the Bay Challenge 2026, a flagship initiative organized by MongoDB in association with Cerebral Valley to identify and support promising Indian technology startups with global growth potential. As part of the recognition, Vardan.ai has been awarded a fully sponsored trip to San Francisco, USA, to participate in SF Tech Week 2026, along with USD 50,000 in MongoDB Atlas credits.
The Vardan.ai team will participate in SF Tech Week 2026, scheduled from October 5 to October 11, as part of the curated founder program. The program will provide selected startups with an opportunity to engage with the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem, interact with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and technology leaders, and explore opportunities for global partnerships and expansion.
In addition to the Silicon Valley experience, Vardan.ai has also been awarded USD 50,000 in MongoDB Atlas credits, which will support the company’s AI infrastructure, accelerate product development, and enable it to further scale its AI Workforce Platform.
Founded by Gourav Gupta, Vardan.ai is building an AI Workforce Platform that enables businesses to deploy human-like AI agents capable of handling sales, customer support, lead qualification, follow-ups, appointment scheduling and business operations through natural conversations. The platform allows organizations to manage AI agents as digital employees rather than relying solely on traditional workflow automation, helping businesses improve efficiency, productivity and customer engagement.
“Winning the MongoDB Bengaluru Meets the Bay Challenge is an important milestone for our team. It validates our vision of building AI employees that can understand instructions and execute business tasks like a human workforce. We are excited to represent India in Silicon Valley, learn from the global startup ecosystem, and bring those insights back to build a world-class AI company from India,” said Gourav Gupta, Founder, Vardan.ai.
The recognition marks an important step for the Jaipur-based startup as it continues expanding its AI platform for businesses across healthcare, education, automotive, financial services, real estate, SaaS and other sectors. Participation in MongoDB’s global founder initiative will provide Vardan.ai with an opportunity to strengthen its international network, explore global partnerships and support the continued growth of its AI-powered workforce solutions for businesses worldwide.
