We’re proud to be the leader in building wearable technology that looks great and helps you throughout your day. At Connect 2026, we shared how our AI glasses will be powered by your personal AI agent from Muse. We also introduced significant updates to our glasses that help you stay in the moment and make our glasses accessible for everyone.
We believe AI should enhance your attention, not take it away. These updates are meant to be welcome integrations into your everyday life, helping you get the most out of your technology so you can stay present in the moment.
Bringing Muse, Your Personal Agent, to AI Glasses
Earlier this month, we released Muse, a personal AI agent that anyone can use. It gets to know you and helps you get things done across your phone, computer, and the web. We’re working on bringing Muse to our AI glasses to help you stay on top of things, take tasks and projects off your plate, and turn long-term goals into action plans, all hands-free.
From your glasses, you can ask Muse to guide your personalized workout, log meals, get nutrition insights on demand, and even help buy products you see. Ask Muse to book an appointment, get prices on a flight, or track down that missing part while you’re driving, cooking, or mid-run, all without pulling out your phone. You can also activate Muse by saying its name and telling it your request. Muse will work in the background and check back when it’s done.

Technology That Helps You Stay in the Moment
We’re building AI glasses for everyone that look great and help you stay in the moment with your friends and loved ones. AI glasses can respond to what you see and hear, so you can stay present instead of looking down at a screen.
Here’s a look at some of our latest technology coming soon to AI glasses: Capturing the Moment
● Dolby Atmos Capture. Our AI glasses are the first consumer device that enables users to capture and experience videos in Dolby Atmos. Capture moments in true 360° spatial sound. Just record and your glasses handle everything, capturing seamlessly in Dolby Atmos so playback feels as immersive as being there.
● Dynamic Photo. Automatically snap multiple frames with each photo and feel confident you’re capturing exactly what you want. Meta AI can suggest the best frame from what you took, or you can choose your favorite.
● Landscape Crop Mode. You can now choose if every capture, including photos, dynamic photos, videos, hyperlapse, and slo-mo, comes out horizontal rather than portrait.
● Private Processing. We’re bringing Private Processing to AI glasses to deliver rich AI experiences without anyone, including Meta, seeing your data.
Breakthrough Tech That Brings People Closer
● Hearing Enhancement. FDA-cleared software for adults with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss. Hearing Enhancement can be set up at home in minutes, with no clinic or prescription needed. Launching in the US later this year on select styles, Hearing Enhancement will be available to add to supported AI glasses for $149.99 (HSA/FSA eligible*) or with a Meta One subscription.
● Improved Detailed Responses. Upgrades to Meta AI’s visual understanding deliver more context-rich answers when you ask your glasses what you’re looking at. We’ve taken feedback from the blind and low-vision community to help everyone interpret their surroundings more fully.
● Audio Balance and Mono Audio. Customize your glasses audio by shifting volume to the left or right ear, or route all audio to a single side.
● Customizable Controls. Customize the touchpad press-and-hold on the temple of your glasses to instantly launch a key feature like placing a call or opening an app.
*Hearing Enhancement is eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Check your plan to confirm eligibility.
