With over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, Arun brings a proven track record of driving growth, scaling operations, and building high-impact teams across the cloud, automation, and digital transformation space.
Arun joins Dynatrace following impactful leadership roles at UiPath, ServiceNow, Qlik, Salesforce, and Microsoft, where he consistently spearheaded regional expansion and strategic customer engagement across India and South Asia. At UiPath, he led the company’s hyperautomation strategy for the region, while his tenure at Salesforce and ServiceNow witnessed accelerated adoption of cloud-first enterprise solutions under his leadership.
Earlier in his career, Arun held key sales and leadership positions at CA Technologies and HP Software, where he was recognized for transforming enterprise sales functions and cultivating strong channel ecosystems. His deep industry expertise, paired with a keen understanding of enterprise IT needs, positions him perfectly to lead Dynatrace’s continued growth and innovation in observability and AIOps across India and SAARC.
