Mahindra Lifespace Developers has announced the appointment of Ms. Parijat Dey as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective 1 September 2025. Bringing over two decades of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, and innovation, Parijat will play a pivotal role in shaping Mahindra Lifespace’s technology strategy and driving its digital-first growth agenda.
Parijat joins from PwC Acceleration Center India, where she most recently served as Capabilities Leader – AI, Technology & Innovation, leading enterprise-wide initiatives in AI/ML, automation, advanced analytics, and spatial computing. Prior to this, she spearheaded PwC’s Digital & Innovation agenda across global acceleration centres, delivering impactful solutions in AI, RPA, low-code platforms, metaverse technologies, and more.
Earlier in her career, Parijat held senior leadership positions at Viacom18, Infosys, and other global enterprises, where she drove large-scale digital transformation, technology integration, and enterprise software innovation across multiple geographies.
Her deep expertise in AI, enterprise technology, responsible innovation, and sustainable tech practices positions her as a strategic leader for Mahindra Lifespace Developers. With her appointment, the company aims to accelerate its journey toward smart, sustainable, and digitally enabled real estate solutions.
