Subhajit Deb has stepped into the role of Global Head – Cyber Engineering and Technology Operations at Cargill, leading the organization’s global cybersecurity engineering and technology operations. In this capacity, he oversees one of the world’s largest digital ecosystems—driving innovation, reliability, and automation across Cargill’s cybersecurity platforms spanning network, endpoint, cloud, data, and identity security.
With over two decades of experience in cybersecurity leadership, IT risk management, and digital transformation, Subhajit has built a distinguished career steering large-scale information security programs across global enterprises. Before joining Cargill, he served in senior leadership positions at Envoy Global, Dhani, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Max Life Insurance, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Bank of America.
His proven expertise in building secure technology foundations, advancing engineering excellence, and developing global cybersecurity talent positions him as a strategic leader in fortifying Cargill’s mission to nourish the world safely and sustainably.
