Faisal Shaikh has been appointed as Regional Vice President at Elastic, where he will lead regional growth, enterprise sales strategy, and customer expansion initiatives.
In this role, Faisal will focus on strengthening Elastic’s presence across the region, driving revenue growth, and building strong enterprise relationships while scaling go-to-market strategies.
Prior to joining Elastic, he spent nearly eight years at Dynatrace, where he most recently served as Regional Sales Director. During his tenure, he led high-performing sales teams and drove business expansion across key markets. He also held the role of Business Head (West), contributing significantly to regional growth and market penetration.
Earlier, he worked with GlobeSecure Technologies Private Limited as Sales Director, focusing on enterprise security solutions and strategic sales initiatives.
His career also includes roles at Blue Coat Systems, Novell, and Hewlett-Packard India Sales Pvt Ltd, where he built strong expertise in enterprise sales, regional leadership, and technology-driven business development.
With close to two decades of experience in enterprise technology sales and leadership, Faisal Shaikh’s appointment highlights Elastic’s focus on accelerating growth and strengthening its enterprise footprint in the region.
