Ruma Kishore is set to assume the role of Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) at Titan Company Limited, marking a significant leadership move in the company’s digital transformation journey.
In this role, she will lead Titan’s digital and IT strategy, focusing on enhancing customer experience, integrating technology across business functions, and driving data-led transformation initiatives.
Ruma brings close to three decades of experience, most recently serving at Unilever, where she was Director – Digital Transformation Customer Experience. She led large-scale global programs across sales, supply chain, and finance, delivering integrated, customer-centric digital ecosystems across 190+ countries.
During her tenure at Unilever, she held multiple senior leadership roles including IT Director – Strategy to Cash, IT Director – Europe SAP, and IT Director – ERP Centre of Excellence, where she drove SAP transformation, global IT operations, and enterprise-wide digital innovation programs.
She also serves as a Board Member at Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, contributing to strategic direction and academic excellence.
