Jimit Shah has joined LIC Housing Finance Limited as Chief Information Security Officer.
In this role, he will lead the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, strengthen risk management frameworks, enhance data protection capabilities, and drive secure digital transformation across the enterprise.
Prior to this, he served as Chief Information Security Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, where he led information security and cyber resilience initiatives.
Earlier, he held senior information security leadership roles at IndusInd Bank and HDB Financial Services Ltd., focusing on governance, compliance, vulnerability management, and enterprise security programs.
He also worked with Reliance Industries Limited, where he managed IT general controls, information security audits, and application control reviews across critical systems.
Earlier in his career, he built strong expertise in risk advisory, IT audits, infrastructure security, and systems administration through roles at BDO India LLP, PwC, DSV Air and Sea Pvt. Ltd., Absolute International, Parle Agro Pvt Ltd, and QualiSpace.
With deep experience across financial services, governance, audits, vulnerability management, and enterprise cybersecurity, he brings a strong track record in securing regulated businesses and building resilient security frameworks.
