Ajitsingh Nawale has joined Sterling Green Power Solutions as Vice President Information Technology.
In this role, he will lead the company’s IT strategy, accelerate digital transformation initiatives, strengthen cybersecurity frameworks, modernize enterprise systems, and build scalable technology platforms to support business expansion.
Prior to this, he served as Head – Information Technology at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd, where he led cloud transformation across Azure and AWS, SAP S/4HANA modernization, Industry 4.0 initiatives, IT financial governance, and cybersecurity programs aligned with ISO and NIST standards.
Earlier, he was CIO – Ports Business at Adani Ports and SEZ, overseeing enterprise technology investments, SAP transformation, automation platforms, infrastructure modernization, and digital ecosystems supporting large-scale port operations.
Before that, he served as Head of Information Technology at CIE Automotive India Ltd., where he drove SAP rollouts, smart factory transformation, IIoT integration, IT-OT convergence, AI/ML innovation, and governance modernization across multiple units.
He also held leadership roles at S. M Auto Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as General Manager – IT & Systems, Sany Heavy Industries India Private Limited as Sr. Manager – IT, and Finolex Plasson Industries Pvt Ltd as Manager – IT.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Precision Camshafts Limited, Trimbak Industries Ltd, Satguru Agro Industries Ltd, and The Jamshri Spg. & Wvg. Mills Ltd, building strong expertise across enterprise systems and IT operations.
With more than three decades of experience across manufacturing, ports, automotive, cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, he brings deep expertise in building future-ready and business-aligned technology organizations.
