Milind Nagnur, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank, has announced his resignation from the country’s fourth-largest private sector lender.
In his resignation letter, Nagnur cited family commitments as the reason for his decision to return to the United States. His last working day at the bank will be February 15, according to the bank’s regulatory filing on Friday.
To ensure seamless operations during the leadership transition, Kotak Mahindra Bank has established an interim technology leadership structure.
Nagnur was appointed COO in February 2024, in addition to his role as CTO, a position he had held for over a year. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the bank’s technology and operational advancements.
