Prior to this, Dr. Kaushik held senior leadership positions at global organizations including hubergroup, BASF, Linde India, and T-Systems. Throughout his career, he has delivered high-impact transformations—from building Global IT Organizations and establishing Centers of Excellence to driving automation with AI and RPA, optimizing IT cost structures, and enhancing cyber resilience.
