The initiative scales a successful pilot, which trained over 7,000 students into a national commitment, bringing knowledge-based AI mastery. This program goes beyond manual skill training, offering students end-to-end workforce development. Through this initiative, learners will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade applied AI platforms, enabling them to solve real-world automation challenges for global businesses across sectors such as banking, healthcare, and manufacturing.
The program expands access to Automation Process Automation (APA) skills for young professionals aged 18–24, including undergraduates, ensuring early industry readiness. Learners will benefit from free access to Automation Anywhere’s advanced learning content and tools, eliminating financial barriers to high-quality AI education. With structured onboarding, guided engagement, and curated learning pathways, NxtWave will ensure systematic skill development. Ultimately, the initiative creates global career pathways by building a strong talent pipeline aligned with high-demand roles across international markets. Top performers can earn an internship with a stipend in India with Automation Anywhere’s Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services teams.
