Trupeer.ai Raises $3M to Transform How Teams Train and Communicate

With support from RTP Global, Salesforce Ventures, and top CIOs, the AI platform aims to streamline product communication and training with automated, multilingual video content.

Trupeer.ai, a Bengaluru-based AI video platform, has secured $3 million in seed funding to expand its vision of making product knowledge and workflow communication more accessible across enterprises. The round was led by RTP Global with participation from Salesforce Ventures and over 20 CIO and CTO angel investors from Fortune 500 companies.

Trupeer transforms basic screen recordings into polished product videos within minutes. The platform uses a combination of AI-driven tools—including script generation, speech synthesis, intelligent zooms, and avatar overlays—to automate video production. Designed for use cases such as product demos, training content, customer onboarding, and internal documentation, Trupeer supports over 50 languages and also generates step-by-step guides with screenshots and summaries.

AI-Powered Videos from Any Workflow, Instantly

In a recent discussion with CIO&Leader, CEO and co-founder Shivali Goyal explained that Trupeer was built to address the common challenges teams face in documenting and explaining software processes. She emphasized that the platform is optimized for professional and business use cases where context and accuracy are critical. Instead of relying on generic prompts, Trupeer’s AI engine works with user-generated screen recordings and metadata to ensure relevance and precision in content generation.

Goyal described the underlying technical workflow, which integrates both AI and non-AI components. These include computer vision, noise cancellation, large language models (LLMs) for scripting, and a proprietary sync engine to align all video elements automatically. This architecture allows the platform to deliver complete videos without manual editing.

Built for Enterprises—Secure, Scalable, and Customizable

A key feature that differentiates Trupeer is its ability to personalize content by audience, region, and brand style. The system allows users to edit voiceovers, select accents, adjust music and branding, and customize avatars. According to Goyal, this functionality enables teams to create multiple localized or audience-specific versions of the same content efficiently.

During the conversation, she also addressed questions around AI credibility and data protection. Trupeer is built with security protocols that include SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. Users can trim or blur recordings before processing, and the system includes controls to avoid hallucinated or irrelevant content. Goyal also highlighted the platform’s cost-effectiveness, with entry-level pricing designed to support both small businesses and large enterprises looking to scale training and support content without high production costs.

Looking ahead, Trupeer plans to introduce new capabilities such as video generation from text documents, deeper integrations with business tools like CRMs and learning management systems, and enhanced search and chatbot-based accessibility for enterprise content.

With over 10,000 teams already using the platform—including both startups and large enterprises—Trupeer is positioning itself as a scalable solution for the growing demand in video-based business communication.
