Reema Jain has been appointed as Global Vice President Digital Technology & Head of Global Capability Center (India Hub) at Unilever, where she will drive digital transformation and innovation at a global scale. With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, enterprise digitalization, and organizational transformation, Reema will spearhead Unilever’s strategic vision of leveraging digital technology to accelerate growth and build future-ready capabilities.
Prior to this, Reema served as Chief Information & Digital Officer at Hero MotoCorp, leading the end-to-end digital transformation of the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, where she built diverse technology competencies across data science, digital engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and martech. She also drove key initiatives like direct-to-customer platforms, customer apps, and financial aggregator solutions.
She has also held senior leadership roles at Vodafone Idea, GE, and Unilever, where she led large-scale digital supply chain, ERP, and integration transformations, driving innovation and efficiency across global operations.
Reema’s deep expertise in digital strategy, platform innovation, and large-scale technology transformation positions her as a pivotal leader for Unilever’s continued journey towards digital excellence and global capability building.
