Adventz Group of Companies has welcomed Dr. Arivarasu Selvaraj as its new Group Chief Digital Officer (CDO), where he will lead the conglomerate’s digital transformation and innovation roadmap across diverse business verticals.
In his new role, Dr. Selvaraj will spearhead the Group’s Digital Strategy, driving standardization and transformation across businesses spanning Agri, Engineering, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Lifestyle sectors. He will focus on leveraging AI-led, cutting-edge technologies to modernize operations, accelerate digital adoption, and create a unified, future-ready enterprise.
With a stellar career spanning over two decades across global giants such as Adani Group, Wipro, Columbus A/S, and RECCONIX, Dr. Selvaraj has consistently delivered large-scale transformation programs and built high-performing digital ecosystems.
At Adani Group, he led technology, IT, and cybersecurity initiatives across multiple energy, utilities, and smart infrastructure verticals — including Power Transmission, Smart Metering, E-Mobility, and City Gas Distribution — while driving group-level innovation programs such as the Super App and Industry Cloud vision.
Earlier, as Global Vice President of Digital Leadership at Columbus A/S, he helped enterprises across 17 countries build robust digital strategies using Cloud, AI, and data-driven architectures, while at Wipro, he held global leadership roles that contributed over $100M in revenue growth through innovation-led digital solutions.
Backed by this extensive experience, Dr. Selvaraj’s strategic vision is set to accelerate Adventz Group’s digital evolution, positioning it as a tech-forward conglomerate integrating tradition with transformation.
