Before joining Workday, Chaitra spearheaded marketing strategy at Automation Anywhere as Head of Marketing – India, where she led high-impact initiatives to expand automation adoption across enterprises. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at ServiceNow, Autodesk, and Mirum India (a WPP Company), where she built strong brand narratives and led award-winning marketing programs.
Her rich experience spans field marketing, account-based marketing, C-suite campaigns, digital strategy, and enterprise communications. With a strong track record in managing large-scale events, driving partner marketing, and leading cross-functional teams, Chaitra brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic acumen to Workday’s leadership team.
