Saurav has been associated with Integreon for nearly 15 years, showcasing a strong internal growth journey. Prior to this role, he served as Director – i-Lab (Innovation, Automation, Transformation, Excellence), where he led strategic initiatives focused on automation and business transformation.
Earlier, he held multiple leadership roles including Director of Operations, Senior Manager, and Manager – F&A Operations, steadily building expertise in process optimization, operational excellence, and service delivery.
Before joining Integreon, he worked with WNS Global Services as an SME in U.S. Residential Mortgage (Financial Services), and began his career at GE Money Bank as a Collections Officer.
