Krishnan V V has been appointed Managing Director – India and South Asia at Check Point Software, effective September 2026.
Prior to joining Check Point Software, Krishnan served at Palo Alto Networks for over five years. He most recently held the position of Country Director – BFSI, following nearly four years as Regional Director – West, where he was responsible for driving business across the region.
Before Palo Alto Networks, Krishnan was Vice President – Sales, Asia & Middle East at Seclore, where he led sales operations across key markets in Asia and the Middle East.
Earlier, he spent five years at Symantec in leadership roles, including Director – Enterprise and Regional Director – West & North. As Director – Enterprise, he headed the enterprise business for India.
Krishnan also held senior sales leadership positions at Oracle, including Director – Sales and General Manager, Systems. At Oracle, he managed sales teams, key enterprise accounts and revenue responsibilities across multiple industry segments, including IT/ITES, manufacturing, retail and media.
He began his career with Canon as a Marketing Executive and subsequently held account management and business development roles at HCL, Tata Elxsi and Wipro Technologies, followed by a regional leadership role at Sun Microsystems.
With more than three decades of experience spanning enterprise technology, cybersecurity, sales and business leadership, Krishnan brings extensive industry and market experience to his new role at Check Point Software.
