Hilal Isar Khan has joined JSW Motors Limited as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO).
In this role, he will lead the company’s digital transformation agenda, enterprise technology strategy, IT modernization, data-driven innovation, and technology initiatives aimed at building a future-ready automotive business.
Prior to this, he spent more than 25 years with Honda Cars India Ltd, most recently serving as VP & Operating Head – IT. During his tenure, he led corporate IT planning and strategy, business transformation programs, enterprise technology modernization, and the adoption of emerging technologies to drive business value, operational efficiency, and customer-centric innovation. He also played a key role in managing large global teams and partnering with business leaders to enable transformation across the organization.
Earlier, he served as Senior Business Consultant at Global IT Options Ltd., where he was part of the founding leadership team and helped build the company’s IT consulting practice.
Before that, he worked as Assistant Manager – Information Technology at Daewoo Motors India Ltd., where he was responsible for ERP implementation initiatives supporting business operations.
He began his professional journey with DCM Toyota Ltd. as Executive – Information Technology, building foundational expertise in enterprise systems, business applications, and IT operations.
With over three decades of experience across automotive technology, enterprise IT, digital transformation, ERP, and business strategy, he brings deep expertise in aligning technology with business growth and building scalable digital enterprises.
