Lemon Tree Hotels appoints Kartikeya Singh as Chief Digital & Transformation Officer to accelerate digital innovation and enterprise-wide business transformation 

Kartikeya Singh has joined Lemon Tree Hotels as Chief Digital & Transformation Officer. 

In this role, he will lead the company’s digital strategy, technology modernization, customer experience transformation, data-driven innovation, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to support the next phase of growth and operational excellence. 

Prior to this, he served as CIO – India & South West Asia at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led technology strategy, digital transformation, and business innovation across one of the company’s largest growth markets. 

Earlier, he was Director – IT at adidas, driving digital initiatives, technology modernization, and business-aligned IT transformation programs. 

Before that, he served as Head – IT (LSI) at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd., leading enterprise technology operations and digital transformation initiatives. 

He also spent more than eight years at Pernod Ricard India as Head – Office of the CIO, where he played a key role in IT governance, business technology alignment, and large-scale transformation programs. 

Earlier, he worked as IT Business Partner – Consumer Lifestyle Sector at Philips Electronics, supporting technology-driven business initiatives and operational excellence programs. 

Before that, he held information systems leadership roles at Godrej Sara Lee Ltd. and Videocon International Limited, building expertise across enterprise applications, IT operations, and business process transformation. 

With more than two decades of experience across consumer goods, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and global enterprises, he brings deep expertise in digital transformation, enterprise technology strategy, business innovation, and customer-centric digital modernization.
