In his new role, he will lead the company’s technology vision, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise architecture, IT strategy, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and innovation programs to strengthen Muthoot Fincorp’s digital capabilities and customer experience.
Before joining Muthoot Fincorp, Manoj served as CIO – Telecom at airtel, where he was responsible for driving technology strategy and digital transformation across the telecom business.
Prior to that, he was Chief Technology Officer at Bandhan Bank, leading enterprise technology, core banking modernization, digital banking initiatives, infrastructure transformation, and technology innovation.
Earlier, he spent over a decade with Kotak Mahindra Bank, progressing through leadership roles including Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President – IT, where he played a key role in driving enterprise technology strategy and large-scale IT transformation.
He also served as Associate Vice President – IT at Kotak Life Insurance, Head IS Operations – South Asia Area at Maersk India Pvt Ltd, Service Delivery Manager at Maersk Global Service Centres, Project Manager at P&O Nedlloyd, and began his career at Stock Holding Corporation Of India Ltd, where he served as Assistant Manager and later Deputy Manager.
With more than 30 years of experience across banking, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, logistics, and technology, Manoj brings deep expertise in enterprise technology leadership, digital transformation, IT strategy, core banking platforms, cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, service delivery, and innovation, making him well positioned to drive Muthoot Fincorp’s next phase of technology-led growth.
