Sumit Mudiraj has been elevated to the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Realatte.
In this expanded leadership role, he will lead enterprise technology strategy, AI-driven business transformation, digital intelligence, growth innovation, and customer-centric technology initiatives to strengthen Realatte’s next phase of digital expansion.
Prior to this, he served as Sr. Vice President – Digital Transformation and Growth at Realatte, where he played a key role in driving growth leadership, martech innovation, and digital business transformation initiatives.
Alongside his corporate responsibilities, he has also contributed as Visiting Professor at Chetana’s Institute of Management & Research and as a Coach at upGrad, mentoring future professionals in digital transformation and marketing leadership.
Earlier, he worked in Digital Transformation and Technology at Solitaire, leading business process and CRM-focused transformation initiatives.
Before that, he held digital leadership roles at Pilgrim as D2C Digital Lead and at Capital Foods Private Limited as Digital Lead, where he drove SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, analytics-led customer acquisition, and digital growth strategies.
He also worked with Larsen & Toubro in Digital Strategy – Ecommerce Division, focusing on tech innovation, performance marketing, and digital initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he spent over three years with Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. across leadership roles in digital marketing, where he managed large-scale performance marketing, CRM integration, customer app development, and Salesforce-led transformation initiatives.
He also held digital marketing leadership roles at Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt Ltd., K.J. Somaiya Institute Of Management Studies and Research, Realty Redefined, and SMG Convonix, building strong expertise across SEM, paid media, customer engagement, and business process management.
He began his professional journey with roles at Reliance Communications and BLOOM APPAREL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, gaining foundational experience in technology operations and business development.
With strong experience across digital transformation, martech, performance marketing, CRM, AI-driven growth strategy, and enterprise innovation, he brings a well-rounded perspective to leading Realatte’s technology and growth roadmap.
