Rishi Sareen is stepping into the role of Chief Operations Officer at DTDC Express Limited.
In this role, he will lead enterprise-wide strategy by aligning network design, operating models, and execution architecture to drive sustained competitive advantage across a complex logistics ecosystem. He will focus on building an agile, scalable, customer-centric supply chain while improving service reliability, accelerating cycle times, optimizing cost-to-serve, and strengthening governance and performance discipline.
Prior to this, he served as Chief Information Officer at DTDC Express Limited, where he led digital transformation, technology modernization, and innovation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Earlier, he was Managing Director & Chief Technology Officer – Supply Chain at Accenture, where he drove global strategy and innovation for supply chain technology platforms, building resilient and scalable solutions for future growth.
Before that, he served as Chief Information Technology Officer at Ecom Express Limited, leading large-scale logistics technology transformation, cloud initiatives, AI-driven operations, and customer integration modernization.
He also spent nearly two decades with Blue Dart Express Limited, rising through multiple leadership roles including Head IT & CISO and Senior Manager : Corporate IT. During this period, he led ERP modernization, datacenter and disaster recovery transformation, enterprise cost optimization, and nationwide network performance improvements.
With deep expertise across logistics, supply chain operations, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, he brings a strong track record of scaling high-performance networks and operational excellence.
