Roshni Das has been appointed Managing Director, India, at KUKA Group Companies, effective October 2026.
Prior to joining KUKA, Das worked as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at Beyond Appliances, where she advised early-stage startups on building marketing systems, developing brand identities and establishing go-to-market strategies to drive long-term revenue and brand preference.
Before that, Das spent nearly two decades at Intel Corporation, where she held several senior leadership positions across marketing, sales and partner enablement. Her roles included Vice President – Global Marketing Innovation and APJ CMO & General Manager – Partner Enablement, Asia Pacific and Japan.
During her tenure at Intel, Das also served as Interim Managing Director and Country Sales Head for Intel India, overseeing the company’s India operations. She previously held the position of Marketing Director, Sales and Marketing Group, Intel India, leading marketing initiatives in the country.
Earlier, Das led regional paid media and consumer campaigns across Asia Pacific and Japan. She also held various retail, media and consumer marketing roles in South Asia, contributing to Intel’s regional marketing initiatives.
Before joining Intel, Das worked at Standard Chartered Bank in product management and sales for its credit cards division. She began her career at Lowe Lintas as Brand Services Manager.
With extensive experience spanning global marketing, business leadership, sales, brand strategy and regional operations, Das brings a broad leadership background to her new role at KUKA.
