Hemant Jha has taken on a new role as Vice President – Service Delivery & Implementation at BrickRed Systems. With over two decades of experience in IT service management, digital transformation, and enterprise technology, he will lead BrickRed’s initiatives in optimizing service delivery and driving seamless implementation processes.
Previously, Hemant held key leadership positions at AU Small Finance Bank, Aircel, and Worldspace India, where he played a pivotal role in IT operations, application support, and business process improvements. His extensive expertise in IT infrastructure, service desk management, and digital automation will further strengthen BrickRed’s technology-driven service excellence.
