Subram Natarajan has stepped into the role of Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at L&T-Vyoma, bringing with him more than three decades of deep technology leadership across cloud transformation, advanced computing, and enterprise innovation.
Before joining L&T-Vyoma, Subram served as Field CTO & Director of Customer Engineering at Google India, where he led cloud solution strategy, industry-focused technology architectures, and go-to-market initiatives across all segments. He played a pivotal role in strengthening India’s cloud adoption landscape and building ecosystem-driven growth models.
Prior to Google, Subram spent 25 years at IBM India, holding several senior leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer, Business Unit Executive, and Head of the Systems Solutions Center. He drove platform architecture strategy for large transformation programs, advanced high-performance computing initiatives, and led next-gen technology adoption across industries. His work included guiding engineering, sales, and customer success teams on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver enterprise-scale impact.
Earlier in his career, Subram led software testing teams at Speedware Corporation (now Fresche Solutions), further strengthening his foundation in software quality and engineering excellence.
With proven expertise in cloud strategy, emerging technologies, technical leadership, and innovation-led transformation, Subram is poised to accelerate L&T-Vyoma’s vision of building future-ready capabilities and driving technology-powered growth across its business ecosystem.
