Santhosh Kempaiah has stepped into the role of GCC – Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at ArcelorMittal Global Business & Technologies, where he will lead cybersecurity strategy and governance for the Global Capability Centre.
In this role, Santhosh will focus on strengthening enterprise security posture, risk management, and cyber resilience across global operations, supporting ArcelorMittal’s large-scale digital and industrial transformation initiatives.
He brings deep, hands-on experience in global information security leadership, having previously served as Director – IT Security at Visteon Corporation and Chief Information Security Officer at alfanar, along with senior security leadership roles at Philips, Volvo Group, Tesco, and Thomson Reuters. His career spans security advisory, compliance, cloud security, and large enterprise environments across industries and geographies.
Santhosh’s appointment underscores ArcelorMittal’s continued focus on robust cybersecurity leadership, aligned with evolving digital, operational technology (OT), and regulatory landscapes.
