Century Plyboards (India) Limited has elevated Dr. Sandip Pradhan to the role of Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO), reinforcing its commitment to enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology-led growth.
In his expanded mandate, Dr. Pradhan will oversee digital transformation, SAP landscape modernization, IT infrastructure, and information security, driving integrated technology strategy across manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.
Prior to this elevation, he served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Century Plyboards, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s digital and IT foundations. He joined the organization after a successful tenure as Chief Information Officer at Exide Industries Limited, where he led large-scale IT modernization, enterprise applications, and operational excellence initiatives over nearly eight years.
With close to three decades of experience, Dr. Pradhan has built a strong reputation for leading complex SAP transformations, digital manufacturing initiatives, enterprise architecture, and technology-led business transformation across large Indian industrial organizations. His earlier work includes landmark SAP S/4HANA implementations and industry-recognised innovation programs.
