Arjun Laxminarasu has started a new position as Head of Marketing – India and South East Asia at UiPath, strengthening the company’s regional marketing leadership as automation and AI adoption accelerates across the region.
In his new role, Arjun will lead integrated marketing strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, and go-to-market initiatives across India and South East Asia. He will focus on driving pipeline growth, deepening enterprise engagement, and aligning regional marketing execution with UiPath’s global automation and AI vision.
Prior to joining UiPath, Arjun spent nearly six years at ServiceNow, where he rose through multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Director, Marketing, India. During his tenure, he played a key role in scaling the India marketing function, accelerating enterprise demand generation, and strengthening brand presence in a competitive SaaS landscape.
Earlier, he served as Head of Marketing – India & SAARC at Qlik, where he led regional marketing strategy and customer engagement initiatives across analytics and data platforms.
His career also includes leadership roles at Salesforce, where he managed business development and demand generation campaigns, and at Accenture, where he gained early experience in marketing operations and analytics.
With over 15 years of experience across B2B marketing, demand generation, SaaS growth strategy, and regional leadership, Arjun’s appointment signals UiPath’s continued focus on expanding its automation and AI footprint across high-growth markets in India and South East Asia.
