Mayuresh Purandare has joined Lupin as IT Leader – India BU.
In this role, he will lead IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives for Lupin’s India business unit, focusing on enterprise modernization, cybersecurity, infrastructure transformation, analytics, and business-aligned technology innovation.
Prior to this, he spent nearly seven years at Marico Limited, most recently serving as Head – Sales IT Transformation, Cyber Security and Data Engineering, where he led Marico 3.0 transformation initiatives across SAP SD, DMS, SFA, and sales analytics strategy.
Earlier at Marico, he served as Head IT – Infrastructure & Security, driving infrastructure modernization, enterprise security, and IT service delivery initiatives.
Before that, he worked as Sr. Manager IT at CLP India Pvt. Ltd., where he led IT transformation initiatives for India operations.
He also spent over five years at Bunge as Senior IT Manager, serving as IT SPOC for India business while leading customer-facing applications, IT service delivery, and IT governance, risk, and compliance programs across Asia.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Celebi NAS Airport Services India Pvt. Ltd., Magna Services India Pvt Ltd, and Sure Field Marketing, building strong expertise across infrastructure management, project delivery, IT operations, and enterprise applications.
With extensive experience across IT transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, SAP modernization, analytics, and enterprise service delivery, he brings deep expertise in building scalable and future-ready digital organizations.
