In his new role, he will lead the company’s IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise applications, infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and digital innovation, enabling technology-driven business growth across the organization’s real estate operations.
Prior to joining Mana Projects Pvt Ltd, he served as Chief Head of IT at Sattva, where he led technology transformation across one of India’s largest real estate conglomerates. During his tenure, he implemented next-generation ERP platforms, introduced AI and machine learning applications for construction monitoring, modernized hybrid cloud and GreenLake infrastructure, enhanced digital customer experiences, automated business processes, and drove technology initiatives across more than 80 group companies.
Earlier, he was Global Head of IT at Pace Power Systems Pvt Ltd, where he transformed the organization’s digital landscape by implementing integrated ERP systems, modernizing manufacturing technology, establishing cloud infrastructure, strengthening IT service delivery, and optimizing technology operations across India, Myanmar, and Africa while supporting a workforce of over 2,800 employees.
Before that, he served as Country Head of IT at Reliance Vision Express Pvt Ltd, leading the technology strategy for the company’s nationwide retail expansion. He built scalable IT platforms supporting more than 190 stores, implemented point-of-sale systems, supply chain solutions, retail analytics, and inventory management capabilities that enhanced operational efficiency.
He also worked as IT Manager – Karnataka Operations at Reliance Info Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he led retail technology operations, implemented integrated POS systems, optimized inventory management, and established robust IT support infrastructure for large-scale retail operations.
Earlier in his career, he was SAP Technical Consultant at APTRA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, delivering enterprise SAP implementations, custom module development, system integration, and large-scale data migration projects for leading organizations.
He began his professional journey as Business Partner at UNITED TECHNO PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED, where he played a key role in introducing technology-driven project management practices for residential and government infrastructure projects while helping digitize construction operations.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning enterprise IT, digital transformation, ERP, SAP, cloud infrastructure, AI and machine learning, enterprise applications, retail technology, manufacturing systems, and construction technology, Suresh brings extensive expertise in building scalable digital ecosystems that drive operational excellence and business innovation.
