Navin Nathani has joined Allana Group as Group Chief Information Officer (Group CIO), taking on responsibility for shaping the Group’s technology strategy and driving its digital transformation agenda.
Prior to joining Allana Group, Navin served as Chief Information Officer at Cohizon, a CVC Capital Partners portfolio company. In this role, he focused on transforming technology into a strategic business enabler across manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations and enterprise resilience. His initiatives included AI-powered manufacturing models, supply chain transformation, SAP S/4HANA cloud modernization, cybersecurity and governance, and CRM integration.
Earlier, he was General Manager and Head – IT, Transformation and Value Creation at Hindalco Industries, where he spearheaded initiatives across Generative AI, enterprise data and analytics, Salesforce-led CRM transformation, finance automation, digital governance and value creation.
Navin also served as Deputy General Manager and Head – IT & Digital Transformation at Blue Star, leading technology initiatives across sales, demand and supply chain. His work included omnichannel digitization, Salesforce platforms, e-commerce enablement, analytics and automation.
His earlier career includes technology and transformation leadership roles at General Mills, Deloitte, Wipro Infotech, Reliance Life Insurance and Prudential, spanning digital transformation, enterprise applications, analytics, automation, IT service management and program delivery.
With more than two decades of experience, Navin brings expertise across enterprise IT strategy, AI and GenAI, digital transformation, SAP, data and analytics, manufacturing technology, supply chain transformation, cybersecurity, cloud modernization and business process automation. His appointment positions him to drive technology-led transformation and value creation across Allana Group.
