Rohit Gaur has joined Jubilant Ingrevia as Senior Director & Head — Digital & Information Technology, bringing deep experience in digital transformation, global IT strategy, and large-scale ERP and infrastructure programs. In his new role, Rohit will lead the company’s digital roadmap, drive technology-driven business improvements, strengthen IT operations, and accelerate cloud, automation, and analytics initiatives across the organisation.
Rohit arrives with a strong track record of transformation leadership. He is currently serving as a Global Chief Information Officer at a major Indian multinational group, where he has been instrumental in steering digital programs and shaping enterprise IT strategy across geographies. Previously, he led transformation initiatives at STL (Sterlite Technologies), where he oversaw large-scale service transformations for global operations. At Optiemus Infracom, Rohit was AVP & Group Head (IT), responsible for strategic IT planning, infrastructure, SAP and security, and for optimising technology costs while maintaining high service levels.
Earlier in his career he held leadership roles in SAP and IT at Best Food Group, Subros, Continental Carbon and others, where he focused on ERP implementation, information security, network management and IT operations. Rohit’s work has been recognised through industry accolades including SCM Icon and CIO Powerlist mentions, and he was part of the NEXT100 Future CIO programme — evidence of his strong standing in the IT leadership community.
