Abinash Das has been appointed as CTO & CIO at IFCI LIMITED. He will also serve as CTO of IFCI Factors Limited and contribute as a member of IT advisory committees for Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd. (SHCIL) and IFCI Financial Services Ltd. (IFIN).
In his new role, he will lead IFCI’s technology vision, digital transformation strategy, cybersecurity framework, IT governance, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise-wide innovation agenda. He will focus on aligning technology investments with business objectives while strengthening resilience, scalability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Director at IFCI LIMITED, where he led enterprise technology initiatives, digital business growth programs, and large-scale transformation projects. During this period, he played a key role in technology enablement for flagship national programs including PLI, India Semiconductor Mission, Bulk Drug & Medical Devices Parks, MSIPS, FAME II, and SDF, supporting the disbursement of nearly ₹2.7 lakh crore in grants. He also drove the development of enterprise digital ecosystems spanning CRM, ERP, Loan Origination Systems, Loan Management Systems, HRMS, and other business-critical platforms.
Earlier, he worked as Fractional CTO and Management Consultant, advising private equity firms, promoters, and technology startups on AI-driven transformation, technology strategy, SaaS product development, business optimization, and go-to-market acceleration initiatives.
Before that, he spent nearly six years with KONE in leadership roles including IT Competence Center Head and Delivery Head. He led global shared services operations, cloud transformation, analytics initiatives, automation programs, Agile and DevOps adoption, Industry 4.0 projects, SAP and Salesforce platforms, customer experience technologies, and enterprise-wide digital innovation programs. He also delivered significant cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements through large-scale technology modernization efforts.
Earlier, he co-founded a technology venture as Entrepreneur and CTO at Stealth Mode Startup, focusing on digital transformation consulting, MarTech, e-commerce, customer data platforms, mobile solutions, and IoT technologies.
He also spent six years at Publicis.Sapient as Program Manager, leading large-scale digital transformation programs, e-commerce platforms, customer experience initiatives, agile delivery, and strategic consulting engagements for global enterprises.
Before that, he worked with Wipro Technologies as Project Manager, where he managed global technology projects, built high-performing teams, and led automation and center-of-excellence initiatives.
With over two decades of experience spanning financial services, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, governance, and large-scale technology delivery, he brings deep expertise in building secure, scalable, and innovation-driven digital enterprises.
