RMZ Digital Infrastructure appoints Ryan D’Souza as Managing Director (Revenue) to accelerate AI infrastructure growth and enterprise business expansion 

Ryan D’Souza has stepped into the role of Managing Director (Revenue) at RMZ Digital Infrastructure. 

In this role, he will lead the company’s revenue strategy, enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives while driving the adoption of AI-ready digital infrastructure, data center solutions, and next-generation technology platforms. 

Prior to this, he spent more than 21 years with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, most recently serving as Country Manager HPC, AI & NonStop Solutions, where he led the high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and mission-critical systems business in India. He also headed the HPC & AI Business Unit as Manager of Artificial Intelligence, driving AI strategy and business growth across the region. 

Earlier at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, he held leadership roles including Country Manager – Ecosystem Sales (Alliances, SI’s, ISV’s & OEM), Country Manager – Hybrid IT Compute Solutions, and Country Manager – Software Defined Datacenter & HPC, leading enterprise infrastructure growth, AI adoption, hybrid cloud strategy, strategic alliances, and data center modernization initiatives across India. 

He also built an extensive leadership career with HP, serving as Regional Business Manager – ProLiant Servers and National Manager – Hyperscale Business Unit, where he drove the growth of hyperscale computing, enterprise servers, and high-performance computing platforms across the country. 

Before that, he worked as Branch Manager at Ontrack Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Now Avnet Technology Solutions), successfully leading branch operations and business expansion after earning multiple promotions. 

Earlier in his career, he held sales leadership roles at S-Tronics Computers as Sales Manager and at Cyber World as Executive Officer, where he significantly expanded corporate business and enterprise customer relationships. 

He began his professional journey with Calligraphics as Publisher, managing end-to-end publishing operations and production. 

With more than three decades of experience across AI, high-performance computing, enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, strategic alliances, hyperscale platforms, and technology sales, he brings deep expertise in building high-growth businesses and driving large-scale digital infrastructure transformation.
