According to Slack’s Workforce Lab, desk workers globally spend 41% of their time on repetitive, low-value tasks. It enables organizations to turn on a dedicated, always-on digital labor force in Slack, seamlessly integrating them into conversations as a natural part of your team’s flow of work. AI agents in Slack have the potential to transform employee productivity at a scale rarely observed in history.”
