Naresh Narra has been promoted to Director – IT at Zepto.
In this expanded leadership role, he will oversee enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure modernization, workplace technology, operational excellence, and scalable technology platforms to support Zepto’s rapid growth and business expansion.
Prior to this promotion, he served as Associate Director of Information Technology at Zepto, where he played a key role in strengthening technology operations and scaling IT capabilities across the organization.
Earlier, he was Head of IT at Licious, leading enterprise technology operations, infrastructure management, and digital transformation initiatives.
Before that, he spent more than three years with Una Brands, serving as Senior Manager Infrastructure and Infrastructure Manager, where he led infrastructure strategy, cloud operations, and technology enablement programs.
He also worked as Project Manager at Joy Technologies, managing technology projects and operational transformation initiatives.
Earlier, he spent over seven years with Decathlon International and Decathlon Sports India in leadership roles including Infrastructure Project Lead and IT Operations Lead, overseeing global infrastructure projects, server operations, and IT service delivery across multiple geographies.
Before that, he worked as IT Analyst at Accenture, where he managed enterprise IT services, people management, training, and competency development initiatives.
He began his professional journey with Dell as Hardware Support Engineer, providing advanced technical support and infrastructure expertise for enterprise customers.
With over 15 years of experience across IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, cloud operations, workplace technology, and digital transformation, he brings deep expertise in building resilient, scalable, and high-performance technology environments.
